Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries.
- Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience with working in business and pitching to clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client and agency engagements.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience with assessing and achieving client success by business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and promotions.
- Experience with managing partnerships.
- Experience with working in a changing and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and achieve goals to drive growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You will focus on C-level stakeholder relationships and co-create business growth strategies with a portfolio of agencies by identifying and executing opportunities for growth. Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of agencies by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Deliver against quarterly business growth and product goals. Grow agency business by driving product adoption and growth across portfolio of agency clients.
- Work towards goals on new and existing business, prioritizing and delivering business experiences to Google's agency partners.
- Manage primary agency relationships from C-levels to media planners and buyers.
- Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the agency lead on initiatives and agency-level planning.
