If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Administrator to join our Commercial Risk department. In this role, you will support and facilitate finance activities in a dynamic corporate environment. The position is based in our Krakow office, with the possibility to work in a hybrid model.

What the day will look like

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash clearing and bank reconciliation processes for multiple accounts and entities
• Work with Excel files and financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile financial information and documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as required
• Cooperate closely with local and international stakeholders in Dutch and English
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization of financial procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and relevant policies
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex reconciling items, aged breaks, and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Own the accounting for cash-related transactions, ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies
• Partner with Treasury, Operations, Billing, and Accounts Receivable/Payable teams to ensure end-to-end integrity of cash flows
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

How this opportunity is different

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Accounting Administrator to join our Cash Clearing team. This is a key role within our Finance organization, responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of cash-related accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities and banking platforms.

You will play a vital role in performing complex cash clearing processes, ensuring accurate execution of daily activities, driving continuous improvement in controls and reporting, and partner closely with Operations, Treasury, and broader Finance teams. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex reconciliation issues, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
• 1-2 years of progressive accounting experience, with significant exposure to cash, bank reconciliations, or clearing accounts
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken at least on B2 level)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field would be an asset
• Experience with high-volume, complex reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical accounting rules and experience researching accounting issues
• Organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and reconciliation tools is a plus
• Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
