Service Administration Specialist with Dutch

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Backoffice Position within Service Administration

Your main tasks:

• Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
• Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
• Manage service contract,
• Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions
• Very good knowledge of English (min B2 level)
• Good knowledge of Dutch (min B1 level),
• Well-developed MS Office skills,
• Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
• Focus on time frames
