Service Desk Agent with Dutch

The dedicated Service Desk provides support in Dutch and English, available 12/5. Agents are responsible for handling all incoming contacts

Your responsibilities

• performing 1st support line diagnosis and resolution of technical problems,
• forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
• ensuring the quality of communication,
• registering and analyzing reports,
• suggesting improvements and optimizations.

Our requirements

• fluency in Dutch and English.
• high-level communication skills,
• basic computer user knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs hardware construction)
• team-oriented attitude.
