Shopping Partner Development Manager (English, Dutch)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve shared goals and drive the successful adoption of shopping ads solutions.
• Experience understanding of the Google auction, and with translating data sets into a client-friendly narrative.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize, plan, and organize customer-focused work that achieves a set of business objectives.

Working within the broader Global Business Organization, the Shopping Partners EMEA team is a critical function helping shape the Retail ecosystem. This team focuses on nurturing high-value, partnerships with industry leaders in the Retail sector. These collaborations are designed to unlock and amplify significant growth opportunities for our customer base, providing them with the guidance they need to grow in the engaged market.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

• Be Google's partner to retail companies in europe helping them grow their business via shopping ads to realize their company wide goals.
• Create shared value by leveraging retail industry expertise to develop unique, high-impact Shopping Ads solutions for assigned partners/advertisers.
• Advocate customer needs through effective problem-solving collaborations with internal Google teams who are also focused on achieving customer success via shopping ads (e.g., product, marketing, support).
• Prepare and deliver executive communications on performance and impact to an internal and external audience.
