We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our DACH Partnerships team in the Berlin office. You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our main markets.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms, AI agencies). You'll be shaping how Aircall goes to market with partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You'll own the region's channel strategy end to end: from recruiting the right partners to turning them into a predictable, co-selling revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities:

Turn our existing partner book into a major revenue engine

• Own the relationships that matter be the trusted primary point of contact for your partners, run structured business reviews, and translate them into joint action plans that surface and capture growth.
• Build co-selling strategies & Co-Marketing Programs that turn shared ambition into closed revenue.
• Help partners co-build their Aircall services offering so this becomes a substantial, lasting business pillar for both sides.

Build the Benelux partner ecosystem

• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic new partners and agencies across the region
• Build a forward-looking AI and technology diversification angle bringing in local technology players and AI agencies to broaden the ecosystem and keep Aircall ahead of where the market is heading.

Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement

• Create and execute joint business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide partner training, sales support, and resources to drive pipeline growth and successful co-selling.
• Monitor performance across pipeline, deals, and revenue impact so you always know what's working.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and ops to evolve channel programs, incentives, and processes helping shape the next chapter of the Aircall Partner Collective in the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Confident Communicator. Languages: Native Dutch language, English fluent.
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in sales or partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
• You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
