Technical Support Analysts with strong language skills to join their growing support teams.
If you enjoy solving technical issues, working with customers, and using your foreign language skills daily, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone, chat and email
- Assist users with technical troubleshooting
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and order-related questions
- Provide information about products and services
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and customer retention
RequirementsWhat we're looking for- Fluent English (min. B2)
- One of the following languages at B2-C1 level:
- German DE
- French FR
- Dutch N
- Customer support or technical support experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Budapest and/or Debrecen
