What You'll Be Doing

Contact suppliers by phone on behalf of our clients to request lists of outstanding items.

Follow up on previously sent written requests and maintain professional, tactful communication.

Handle email correspondence and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Perform light administrative tasks to support the statements collection process.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous customer support or administrative experience is a plus

Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Dutch

Mindset: A self-starter with a growth mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.

Availability: Flexible working contract, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
