Your responsibilities: - Handle inbound support calls and online inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers;
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely via p9;
- Respond to live chat and email requests (Customerly & Salesforce);
- Perform initial system cleans for new clients and explain the software afterward;
- Follow up on bookings, send Quality Control calls, and encourage customer reviews;
- Support other GEO teams when needed;
- Maintain performance standards and company core values (score B or above).
What we expect from you: - Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills;
- Minimum 2 years of IT-related education + at least 1 year of experience in IT support/helpdesk;
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation;
- Solid technical knowledge: remote tools, Windows/macOS, MS Office, basic computer maintenance;
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced international environment.
