Position Overview

Support the billing and invoicing process by ensuring accurate and timely invoice preparation, data maintenance, and administrative activities that contribute to an excellent customer experience and efficient business operations.

What you will do

• Support the creation and issuance of customer invoices in accordance with company procedures and timelines
• Perform invoice data entry and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
• Support resolution of basic invoice discrepancies by gathering required information and escalating issues when needed
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records and templates related to order management and invoicing activities
• Liaise with Local Sales teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Technicians to gather necessary information and ensure seamless order processing and invoicing

What we require

• No prior professional experience required. Interest in administration, finance, billing, or order-to-cash processes. Previous internship, academic project, or part-time administrative experience is considered an advantage.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing and generating invoices
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, high level of accuracy and detail oriented
• Fluent English and Dutch
