Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Appointment Setter who is already living in Greece and is excited about the opportunity to work from home! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and setting appointments for our dedicated sales team. Your fluency in Dutch will play a pivotal role in effectively engaging with prospects and building meaningful relationships.
As a remote Dutch Appointment Setter, you will connect with leads via phone calls and emails. Your contribution will be key to the overall success of our sales efforts by ensuring that our team meets with well-qualified prospects.
Responsibilities - Contact potential clients in Dutch to introduce our services and schedule appointments
- Track and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
- Qualify leads and gather important information to assist the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to confirm scheduled appointments
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to understand their requirements and enhance outreach strategies
- Monitor appointment-setting metrics and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry developments and our service offerings for effective prospect communication
Requirements- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Already in possession of AMKA and AFM
- Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
