What You'll Do

As a Young Professional in SAP SuccessFactors, you will:

• Support and optimize HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in configuring, testing, and implementing modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and innovation in HR technology.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to develop into a specialist in SuccessFactors.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate or minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR, IT, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Interest in HR processes and digital solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in Dutch and English is a must
