Agile Chapter Lead, you'll be at the heart of
TechNL's DevSecOps transformation. With over 1200 engineers, we're reimagining how we build, deliver, and operate technology - and you'll lead that evolution. Your mission? Drive new ways of working and help us embed a culture of Engineering Excellence across the board.
In this pivotal role, you'll functionally lead a team of 18 Agile Leads and empower a broader network of engineering teams to evolve, innovate, and excel. You combine strong agile leadership with hands-on experience in software engineering and transformation strategy.
What you'll do- Spearhead the DevSecOps transformation across TechNL in alignment with our Engineering Excellence goals.
- Champion new ways of working and enable teams to continuously improve collaboration and delivery.
- Coach and support a team of 18 Agile Leads and provide guidance to 1200+ engineers.
- Foster knowledge sharing, build learning platforms, and promote a high-performance engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with Platform Leads, Tech leadership, and stakeholders to drive aligned execution.
What you bring- Extensive experience in large-scale, complex organizations.
- A proven track record of leading major DevSecOps and / or agile transformations.
- A strong background in software engineering - you understand the full development lifecycle.
- Natural leadership, with solid coaching, stakeholder management, and change facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on ability to turn ideas into reality.
- Excellent communication skills in English AND Dutch
