AP Accounting Specialist with French/German/Dutch/Spanish

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence poszukuje obecnie Kandydatów na stanowisko:

Specjalisty ds. Księgowości z j. francuskim/niemieckim/holenderskim lub hiszpańśkim na rynek amerykański

Zakres obowiązków

• Obsługę klienta w języku angielskim w ramach procesu AP (P2P)
• Księgowanie faktur z zamówieniem i bez zamówień
• Obsługa zapytań mailowych od klientów
• Analizę sald debetowych na kontach dostawców
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z klientem
• Dodatkowe zadanie związane z obszarem pracy w procesach P2P
• Godziny pracy 9:00-17:00 - w okresie przejecia procesu możliwe godziny 10:00 - 18:00

Nasze wymagania

• Wykształcenie wyższe, (mile widziane: ekonomiczne, w obszarze finansów i księgowości),
• Znajomość systemu SAP lub innego systemu księgowego będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)
• Dobra znajomość języka francuskiego/niemieckiego/holenderskiego lub hiszpańśkiego (min.B1)
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i pracy w zespole
• Wysoka kultura osobista w kontaktach z klientem
• Doświadczenie w Dziale Zobowiązań będzie dodatkowym atutem (AP, PTP)
• Dobra znajomość MS Excel
• Wysoka komunikatywność
