All about the role: As part of our Collection Team, you will be working with our Netherlands stakeholders making sure you contribute to building business relations with customers, resolve overdue bills and collect payments from those who owe. Being the first point of contact for our Partners, you will maintain excellent customer service standards while being well-organised and efficient at the same time.
This role requires working until 5.00pm for 1/3 of the time every month to support smooth customer service for our clients.
What you'll do: - Perform collection process for assigned entity: contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determining reasons for non-payments
- Deliver high level of customer service
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts
- Participate in resolution of unclear payments
- Evaluate customer account and payment history
- Elaborate the reports (periodical and upon request)
- Prepare and update process maps and desktop procedures
- Supporting other team members in achieving team and individual goals
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Qualifications & Requirements: - University Degree, preferably in Finance
- Solid experience in OTC Collection area
- Confident user of SAP in the Collection area
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Credit will be an asset
- Great communication skills & telephone manner
- Customer-focused and a real Team player
- Efficient at working in a fast-paced environment with great time-management skills
Where you will be: You will be based in a modern office in Krakow or work remotely from another location in Poland.
