Job Description:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager.
In this role, you willbethe bridge between our brand and our online community. You will manage our presence on social media, forums, comments section on our website and create engaging content that aligns with the content strategy and the interests and needs of our users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote growth and engagement
- Manage and moderate our social media platforms, including Telegram, Discord (to be built up) X (Twitter), Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, etc..
- Organize and coordinate online events and webinars to educate and engage our community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns that reinforce our brand message.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community feedback and online discussions to suggest improvement and new content/tech initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in community management, preferably in the crypto sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the crypto industry and current market trends
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with content creation (both on social and on websites)
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven track record of growing and maintaining an active community
- SEO skills
