You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational CRM activities in the Belgium market (online). This role is based in Malta. You'll be working closely with our CRM executives who define the campaigns. Proficiency in Flemish/Dutch is a must, as well as business proficiency in English. If you have great attention to detail and are comfortable working proactively and on your own initiative, then this is the role for you. This role reports to the Head of Retention Marketing.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for handling day to day CRM operational execution:
- Ensuring the relevancy of our offerings (Game releases, Tournaments, Sport banners, etc.).
- Scheduling campaigns via communication channels such as:
- Email
- Web Push
- Pop-ups
- On-site messaging
- App notifications
- SMS
- Assisting with promotional content creation/proofreading in Flemish & design briefs.
- Maintaining the quality and relevancy of our content according to the legal framework.
- Supporting the CRM Team to execute 360° projects and operational duties related to our promotions/features.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer segments.
- Providing campaign data analysis to monitor the success of communication campaigns.
- Working closely with Product, Design, Data, and Customer Service teams.
- Becoming an expert in the CRM systems and highlighting any issues to the right channels.
- Having a strong team ethic, working effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Experience with Casino Products.
- Proficiency (native language) in Dutch/Flemish is a must- French is considered a strong asset.
- Business proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Marketing knowledge in the Belgian context is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
