- Appointment coordination and planning
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide optimal solutions

You get extra credit for
- 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors
- Very good written and spoken Dutch language skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with always a friendly and professional demeanor and empathy
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Motivation to work in customer service - experienced or newcomer
- Bachelor's Degree
- Interest in the automotive sector
