Overall objective of the Role

To contribute and support the team responsible for the execution of payroll activities and/or data management/customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and on time. Your responsibilities may be focused on payroll and/or customer services and you will be flexible supporting either as or when required

Job requirements AOR HR Consultant:

• Knowledge and experience with the Dutch social security laws, in particular the WIA, WAO, WAZO and Sickness Benefits Act
• Knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act
• Knowledge of Own Risk Carriership for the ZW and WGA
• Experience and knowledge within the playing field of UWV, insurers, pension funds, etc.
• Application knowledge of absenteeism systems
• Affinity and/or knowledge of payroll administration is a plus

• HBO+ work and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Current knowledge of the relevant social security laws
