Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess user-generated content on social media platforms in Dutch to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
• Effectively moderate comments, posts, and messages, taking appropriate action against harmful or improper content.
• Engage with users by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback, all while maintaining a friendly online presence.
• Compile reports on moderation activity, highlighting trends and suggesting improvements.
• Contribute to the development of moderation protocols to improve overall user experience.
• Remain informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements regarding content moderation.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on community engagement and moderation effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Prior experience in social media moderation, content management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to swiftly identify and address potential issues.
