Responsibilities - Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer journey.
- Remain updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools.
