HR Admin Specialist (m/f/d) - Dutch Speaking

Responsibilities / Tasks

As an HR Operations Specialist - Dutch Speaking, you oversee HR service delivery, administer employee life cycle events, and support payroll operations. You collaborate closely with the Netherlands HR team to implement initiatives aligning with local regulations and global HR strategy.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team.
  • Be responsible for generating documents, letters, templates and reports
  • Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday)
  • Maintain employee data in HRIT systems
  • Execute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
  • Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI's, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
  • Execute various HR projects for our affiliates in the Netherlands ensuring alignment with local regulations and global HR strategy
  • Closely collaborate with HR team in the Netherlands to implement HR initiatives that positively impact employee experience


Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years)
  • Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data management
  • Good problem solving and administrative as well as high organizational skills, e.g. managing multiple open requisitions
  • Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages are a plus
