Your tasks:- Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines
- Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
- Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service
- Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines
- Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor
Your profile:- Fluent Dutch and English language
- Ideally 2+ years work experience in HR / administration / payroll
- Detail oriented person with good communication skills
- Business understanding
