Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
- Provides high-quality support in HR administration and closely collaborates with colleagues from different brands
- Manages complex requests executed in the education system as well as requests for problem-solving, reporting, and client consultations
- Delivers accurate, reliable, and timely administrative HR services for various brands
- Responds to inquiries and requests related to HR administration and resolves them efficiently
- Performs back-office transactions and supports LMS and other systems
- Supports operational processing activities and participates in user acceptance testing within their domain
- Ensures precise and accurate daily execution of administrative processes, manages relevant reports
- Prepares instructor-led training as well as on-the-job training
- Works closely with colleagues from HR Business Services to ensure high-quality HR service and effective implementation of changes in daily operations
Requirements: - Minimum IV level of economic or other professional education
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch as well as English
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
- Work experience is an advantage
