We have an opportunity for a
HR Specialist with Dutch and English to join our team in Czech Republic.
As a PPSC Partner you will be in charge of delivering transactional and specialist HR services - administration, onboarding and overall Employee Lifecycle. Daily activities of HR Specialist include HR data processing, problem resolution and cooperation with HR Managers located in Nederland.
You
don't need to have previous experiences with HR, but you need to have good communication and analytical skills, interest in the field and you need to be eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Process new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee events in Workday and other systems (Kronos, ADP, etc)
- Process compensation changes, including promotions and other salary modifications
- Create reports in Excel for local HR
- Collaborate with local HR team and finance department to deliver high quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations
- Maintain employee files and records to meet defined requirements
- Continuously improve HR related processes via improvement projects
- Update process-related documentation
Qualifications- Professional fluency in Dutch, good knowledge of English is required
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solution
- Continuous Improvement mindset
