We are looking for a self-driven HR Specialist, who will be responsible for key HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll, leave management, and general HR support, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle: Manage new hires, leavers, promotions, and contract changes. Ensure all documents are filed, and payroll is updated.
• HR Support: Handle queries via HR Admin mailbox and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll instructions, manage sickness leave, and follow up on UWV processes.
• Compliance: Monitor residence permits, handle 30% rulings, and assist with legal documentation.
• HR Systems: Support employees with Youforce, generate reports, and manage leave requests.

Qualifications:

• English and Dutch language skills on B2/C1 level,
• Higher education, preferably in HR, management or related fields would be a plus,
• Previous experience in HR area is preferred,
• Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing,
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,
• An ability to work with various systems and reports,
• Analytical skills, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, good work organization.
