HR Specialist with French / German / Dutch
Location: Romania/Bucharest Company: Goodyear
Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
• Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
• Support HRSSC and HRBPs on complex HR legal & Admin subjects
To Join Our Team You Will Need
• Min. 3 years of experience in an administrative office environment, preferably HR or legal background
• Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable
• PC Literate (MS Office and SAP user knowledge will be an asset)
• Very good English & French, German or Dutch
• Accurate working style
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Stress resistant
• Good, professional communication skills
