Inviting applications for the role of HRO Operations Specialist - Senior Process Associate - Dutch- Remote PL

In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates, across EMEA region, enquiries, and requests through case management tools.

Responsibilities
1. Actively re-direct associates to self-service options by educating them how to use direct access tools and the knowledge management portal such HRONE.
2. Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
3. Preparing necessary documents for employees
4. Managing e-signature process
5. Contribute and open to new ideas and work collaboratively as a team to achieve common goals.
6. Participate in onboarding activities.
7. Assist with regional translations.
8. To perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead as and when required.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Bachelor / Master's degree.
3. Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
4. Proficient English (B2)
5. Proficient Dutch (B2)
6. Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
1. You have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team
2. Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset
