As part of this project, your role as I2P Executive will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Invoice processing;
- Payments including direct debits;
- Incoming vendor queries;
- Outgoing queries (discrepancy resolutions);
- Vendor master set up;
- AP closing and reconciliations;
- AP process management;
- Vendor statement reconciliation;
- Return to Vendor;
- Meeting SLA;
- Preparation of Dashboard Reports;
- Handling Client Calls / Escalation process.
Candidate' profile:
- Advanced level of English AND Dutch;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Domain knowledge;
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Visio (Process Mapping);
- Customer Centricity;
- Effective delegation & time management;
- Commitment for excellence
- ERP exposure, SAP/MS Visio;
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant F&A operations.
