Join Our Team as a Dutch & French Bilingual Customer Service Advisor in the Banking Sector

Are you fluent in both Dutch and French? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, NewCo Communications invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor specializing in the banking sector.

About the Role:

On this project, accuracy is an absolute must. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries from credit card holders while prioritizing the security and confidentiality of their data. Extensive training will be provided to ensure you're equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service, blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards.
  • You will handle questions from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit-card data.
  • Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps to follow are among your core tasks.
  • Checking temporarily blocked cards for cardholder transactions or not. And permanently blocking or unblocking the credit-card.
  • Handling claims files


  • You need to be a French language expert, both in speaking and writing. Being a native-level speaker is a must-have.
  • Good knowledge of English is important too, as you'll need it to communicate with colleagues and handle customer interactions.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • While previous experience in customer service or a related field is a bonus, it's not a deal-breaker if you don't have it.
  • Your communication skills should be on point, both when talking and writing, so you can confidently interact with customers and provide accurate information.
  • You're a master problem solver! We need someone who can tackle customer inquiries head-on and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail should be your thing, especially in our fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness is a plus! Being comfortable using computer systems and different software applications is important.
  • Flexibility is key! We need team members who can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, because customer needs don't stick to a 9-to-5 schedule.
