About the role:
As an Junior HR Services Representative with Dutch, you will interact with local HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Admins across Europe & Africa and provide customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers.
In this role, you will:
- Support administrative & operational HR tasks, provide customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers (Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics),
- Keep internal systems updated; responsibility for data entry, data maintenance, performing quality checks and data audits,
- Prepare reports from various HR systems for HR partners and managers - upon requests and on regular basis,
- Support process design and process documentation creation as well as development of in-scope processes,
- Be a part of transition & transformation project - support ad hoc tasks and activities.
Our Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Reporting & Analytics area will be an advantage,
- Bachelor's or University degree, preferably in HR or HR related fields,
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- Able to work independently and with virtual teams in collaborative situations, with the getting things done approach,
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insight and action,
- Well organized and detailed-oriented with the ability to react to multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Customer oriented,
- Innovative and willing to implement plenty of automation,
- Open-minded, positive and passionate.
- Fluency in English,
- Dutch language both written and verbal on at least B2 level.
