Inviting applications for the role of an Order Management process associate.
You should have a good Dutch language level and you will also need a good level of English to do the job right. You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player. We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving attitude.

Responsibilities:
You will help in liaising with customers, distributors and agents in order to register their orders, perform checks and follow-ups for a major international company. In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to order management which include:
- Effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries (stock availability, delivery- times, special production enquiries and preparations, price, technical & marketing issues)
- Booking & creating orders in the ERP system
- Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient
- Controlling and monitoring the progression of orders from the input stage, production, allocation and dispatch to invoicing and effected delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
- University graduate
- Advanced English language skills
- Medium/Advanced Dutch language skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Previous experience in a multinational company
- Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with end customers
- Work experience with and ERP system
