Order to Cash Specialist with French/Portuguese/Dutch

As part of this project, your role as OTC Executive will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:
  • Processing of Billing;
  • Sales, Credit Card, Chargeback, and refunds processing;
  • Processing Cash Application;
  • Account Reconciliations;
  • Passing of JVs in Client System;
  • Day to day query resolution and timely process escalations;
  • Month Closing;
  • Meeting SLA;
  • Preparation of Dashboard Reports;
  • Handling Client Calls / Escalation process;
  • Measuring KPI's;
  • Preparation of Business / Process review deck;
  • Quality Initiative;
  • Collections of debts by call and email;
  • Manage disputes.


Candidate' profile:
  • Advanced level of English AND French/Portuguese/Dutch;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Domain knowledge
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Visio (Process Mapping);
  • Customer Centricity;
  • Effective delegation & Time management;
  • Commitment for excellence;
  • Projects improvement;
  • ERP exposure, SAP/MS Visio;
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant F&A operations.
