What we ask - 0-2 years of experience in 1st line customer service management (preferably in HR) or affinity to learn
- Ability to work with data
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Work well in a fast-paced complex environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Experience with systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow are a plus

Vacancy description- Processing service requests on for example, hours and declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration, total rewards
- Connecting data from various HR systems
- Handling complex changes with standard deviations, processing them in the HR and time registration systems
- Informing the employee regarding the question asked
- Processing changes and corrections retroactively
- Checking for consistency between the different HR systems
- Having knowledge on data privacy and compliance
- Continuously standardizing processes in order to transfer them from Tier 1 to Tier 0
- Being responsible for clarifying the customer's needs and context (understanding the question behind the question), for both national and international colleagues
- Knowing where the knowledge can be found within the knowledge management systems, or know in which department the question can be answered correctly
