RESPONSIBILITIES: - To design and implement effective sourcing strategies for recruitment projects.
- To support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- To screen candidate resumes and job applications thoroughly.
- To utilize various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to ensure timely and efficient candidate filtering.
- To support the onboarding process of newcomers fully from making an offer, collecting documents, create their profiles into the system
- To support new employees to ensure successful integration into the organization.
- To serve as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- To prepare all Recruitment-related reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- To stay up-to-date and comply with Turkish labor law
- To handle other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree.
- Native level of Dutch.
- A B2-C1 level of English (both written & spoken).
- Min. 1 year of Recruiter or similar experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in Success Factors, nice to have.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
