Sales Support Specialist: Dutch & English speaking (Remote)

What will you be doing...?

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in creating and submitting precise, timely sales proposals to both prospective and existing customers. Your efforts will ensure that our customers have a seamless, post-visit experience, helping to maximize sales conversions and support our growing business. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your work will be instrumental in maintaining smooth collaboration between the Technical Sales and Sales Support teams.

What you'll do

Prepare and submit proposals with 100% accuracy based on input from visit forms or the technical sales team.

• Ensure all required documentation and attachments are included in each proposal.
• Manage customer follow-up schedules, helping to arrange appointments for the follow-up team.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals and deliver standard documentation to accompany proposals.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updates and revisions to proposals when needed.
• Assist in training new team members on processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.

• Own work equipment (laptop and headset)
• Dutch Fluent & English language.
