Senior Associate HR Ops - Continuous improvement (English plus one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, or German)In this role, a typical day will include:- Analyzing and modeling business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Standardizing processes across EMEA country scope
- Designing automation solutions tailored to the company's needs
- Implementing tools such as scripts, macros or workflows
- Supporting existing RPA tools through continuous optimization
- Testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using RPA tools
- Preparing thorough documentation and reporting results directly to Senior Management
- Providing training and operational support to users
- Strong collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Acting as an advisor and change ambassador - participating in project meetings, helping define process goals, and proposing new solutions to improve daily operations
- Providing ad-hoc operational support to various teams (MDM/Payroll) as per business need
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:- About 5 years of experience supporting Master Data Management/Payroll/Time Systems & Processes
- Experience in supporting countries in Center regional area including knowledge of local labor law and regulatory statutes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven track record of influencing senior business leaders
- Strong command of MS Office suite with special emphasis on MS Excel, Power platform
- Technical skills - Workday, Service Now. Desirable - SAP, Kronos, ATOSS, Prime Time or other Time Management systems
- Proven track record of experience in Continuous Improvement and process automation within the HR area
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Interest in and openness to new technologies
- Practical knowledge of Power Query and similar tools
- Fluent English + another language supported from Warsaw Centre (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese or German)
