(Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/x) - dutch speaking
Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe that makes investing easy and affordable for everyone. Clients of the Scalable Broker can trade 8,000 stocks, 2,500 ETFs, and 3,500 funds and other exchange traded products to build their portfolios, earn interest on their cash balance and take secured loans. Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and is active in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. The investment firm, which is supervised by BaFin and the Bundesbank, has more than 20 billion euros on its platform. In addition to its business for private clients, the company operates B2B solutions. Its long-standing partners include ING, Barclays Bank in the UK, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group in Spain. Scalable Capital employs more than 500 people at its offices in Munich, Berlin, and London. Together with the founding and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they strive to empower everyone to become an investor.

Job Description
As part of our Netherlands team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of fintech. Your responsibilities will include:
- Define, test and refine marketing activities across all channels to raise brand awareness in the Dutch market and foster client conversions
- Owning influencer and business partner cooperations end-to-end: From strategic planning to reporting
- Establishing, directing and optimizing collaborations with influencers and business partners from the finance and non-finance sector with a high target audience fit
- Explore new marketing opportunities not yet implemented in the Dutch market, building business cases and drawing on experiences made in other markets Scalable is present in
- Communicating and reporting the progress of ongoing marketing activities to key stakeholders, and forecasting future opportunities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, and/or partnerships marketing in a leading start-up, agency, or consultancy
- A strong knowledge of current and upcoming social media trends, and a familiarity with working with influencers and business partners
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- A strong understanding of marketing and performance KPIs
- A strong ability for analytical and solution-based thinking, while also considering the 'bigger picture'
- Fluency in Dutch and English. Additional languages are considered a plus
