Our Diversity Study Trips (DST) division specialises in educational group travel, working in partnership with Colleges, Universities and other education providers, to tailor bespoke study experiences and travel itineraries to inspire students outside of the classroom.

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join the Diversity Study Trips team. As our business grows in Europe, candidates with German and Dutch language skills would be of interest for this role.
Responsible for creating and delivering exceptional educational group and conference travel, you will maximise profitability through converting enquiries into sales, negotiating with suppliers and maintaining positive relationships with a range of customers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a variety of quotations to customers for educational, group and conference travel
- Analysing customer needs, finding suitable products and creating trips to match requirements
- Building new and maintaining positive relationships group leaders
- Working with Educational Development Executives to maximise opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding personal objectives, including, sales, revenue, conversion and productivity targets
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients and accounts
Requirements:
- German and Dutch language skills highly desirable to support our European business partners
- Demonstrable experience building itineraries for educational, group and or conference travel
- Excellent travel industry and worldwide travel knowledge having preferably travelled extensively
- Ability to influence and develop working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Good numeracy and communication skills.
- Good level of IT Skills, with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

If you're interested in our Study Trips Sales Executive (German & Dutch speaking) role and meet the requirements above, then please do get in touch. Our working hours are Monday - Friday on 3-week rotation, 1 week of 7 am to 3.45 pm, 1 week of 8 am to 4.45 pm and 1 week of 8.45 am to 5.30 pm; 1 weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) in every 6 weeks with day off in lieu midweek. There is the option to work from either our office on hybrid pattern (3 days in the office) or your (UK) home location.
