We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator, German or Dutch Speaker, EMEIA Region - located in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
  • Have daily contact with customers through various communication channels: phone, e-mail, on-line video meetings to provide customize claim experience
  • Manage your own portfolio of claims from first notification to settlement
  • Monitor and coordinate the complaint process with internal stakeholders to ensure our customer receives a prompt response and resolution
  • Guiding customers to identify a fast resolution for their claim related queries
  • Use your problem-solving skills when working with internal stakeholders to find a solution that will meet our customers' expectations related to the claim handling process
  • Deal with third parties to ensure a quick payments execution for our customers
  • Closely cooperate with the Quality Departments located in our factories across the EMEIA Region
  • Identify claim trends and suggest and collaborate in the implementation of preventive/corrective actions
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to claims, settlements for claims
  • Establish relationships and building trust with business customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders being part of the claim handling process


Who you are
  • You are an open-minded person who would like to become a part of a cross-functional and international organization
  • You are eager to learn new things and explore the secrets of the labelling industry
  • You have well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to swiftly assess a situation
  • You have great communication skills (both verbally and written)
  • You have good organization skills, ability to identify priorities, multi-task and work well, even when under time-pressures
  • You are fluent, both verbal and written in German or Dutch, knowledge of both is considered strong asset
  • You have a good understanding of the English language

The position is located in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Technical Support Team.
