Cyprus |
- The Cyprus government categorizes countries according to their epidemiological situation n (e.g. green, orange, red, grey) with Category green being the most favorable.
- Citizens. Citizens. - Duration. Travelers entering from Category grey countries are required to quarantine for 14 days upon the arrival. They may end their quarantine period before the 14-day period has ended,
provided they take a second COVID-19 test (taken typically on the 10th-day in-country) and test negative.
- Location. Depending on the purpose of the visit, the self-isolation location may be a private location (e.g. residence) or a location designated by the authorities.
- Exemptions. Travelers with a valid vaccination certificate issued by the health authorities in Cyprus or Israel, proving that they have been vaccinated for COVID-19, are exempt from quarantine requirements, irrespective of the country from which they are traveling.

- Pre-travel COVID-19 testing. Travelers entering from Category orange and red countries must carry a certificate confirming that they tested negative for COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours prior to their flight. Those entering from Category green countries are not required to get tested prior to entry to Cyprus.
- Post-arrival COVID-19 testing. Those arriving from Category red countries must get tested for COVID-19 upon arrival, at their own expense. Those entering from Category orange and Category green countries are not required to get tested upon arrival
- Health screenings on arrival. Travelers are subject to thermal camera screenings and random health screenings.
- Exemptions. Travelers with a valid vaccination certificate issued by the health authorities in Cyprus or Israel, proving that they have been vaccinated for COVID-19, are exempt from all Covid-19 test requirements, irrespective of the country from which they are traveling.
- Declarations. All travelers must submit a declaration form through the Cyprus Flight Pass website, at least 24 hours prior to departure

Czech Republic |
- Citizens. Citizens, permanent residents, temporary residents, work visa/permit holders and business visitors may enter the Czech Republic subject to current entry restrictions. See comment further down.

- Comments. Foreigners, regardless of nationality and place of departure, may only enter the Czech Republic for essential reasons. Travel for work, business, or to reunite with family members are considered essential.

- Duration. Travelers entering from dark red or red jurisdictions must self-isolate until they receive a negative result for a PCR COVID-19 test taken after their arrival in the Czech Republic.

- Pre-travel COVID-19 testing. Travelers may be required to get tested for COVID-19 prior to travel, depending on the country from which they are departing, and their recent travel history. Individuals who departed from, or spent more than 12 hours in the 14 days preceding travel to the Czech Republic, in a dark red, red or orange jurisdiction are required to take a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or antigen COVID-19 test, and test negative, no more than 24 to 72 hours prior to travel
- Post-arrival COVID-19 testing. Travelers may be required to get tested for COVID-19 after entry to the Czech Republic (either within five days of arrival, or as of their fifth day in country), depending on the country from which they are departing, and their recent travel history. - Registrations. Prior to arrival, travelers entering from dark red, red, and orange jurisdictions must contact the relevant regional hygienic station (which is determined by the location from which the travelers departed) by completing an electronic form, which is available here.
- Health insurance. Travelers must have health insurance. For individuals entering for work, their sponsoring (host) companies are responsible for ensuring that foreign workers have health insurance

Greece |
- Citizens. Greek citizens, permanent residents and holders of residence permits to Greece are permitted to enter this jurisdiction.
- Permanent residents. See above.

- Comments. EU/EEA and Schengen country citizens are allowed to entry to Greece.

- Duration. All travelers entering Greece (regardless of nationality) are subject to heightened admission requirements and quarantine requirements. Travelers entering Greece from any country, including EU countries, must quarantine for seven days (or less if their stay in Greece is less than seven days). Furthermore, travelers entering through specific land borders must quarantine for fourteen days.
- Location. Quarantine may take place in a private residence or another suitable accommodation, as long as it matches the address listed on the PLF declaration form.Lockdown measures are currently in effect. Individuals are allowed to exit their residence only for work or other specific reasons.
- Exemptions. Citizens and permanent residents of Israel who enter Greece with a certificate of vaccination are exempt from the seven-day quarantine requirement. However, they must get fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entry, and have a negative PCR COVID-19 test certificate that was issued no more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Ireland |
- Citizens. There are no restrictions on Irish citizens traveling into Ireland.
- Permanent residents. There are no restrictions on permanent residents traveling into Ireland who hold valid permission.
- Temporary residents and work visa/permit holders. There are no restrictions on those who hold valid permission to enter Ireland

- Duration. All travelers are required to isolate for 14 days upon arrival. This time may be reduced if an individual takes a PCR COVID-19 test, and test negative, upon arrival. For more information, click here
- Location. Individuals traveling from Category 2 countries, or who were present in these countries in the 14 days preceding their proposed entry to Ireland, must quarantine at a designated facility. Travelers must prebook their quarantine location online. Traveling without pre-booking is considered an offense, and travelers who fail to pre-book are subject to sanctions. Latvia |
- Until April 6 entry to Latvia from the European Union Member States and the European Economic Area Member States, the Swiss Confederation, and the United Kingdom through international passenger carrier services or by a private vehicle is permitted for urgent and essential reasons only:work;
training, studies;
family reunion;
in order to receive medical services;
transit;
accompanying a minor;
return to one’s permanent place of residence;
attending a funeral.

- When entering Latvia, 10-day self-isolation must be observed for people arriving to Latvia from countries where the 14-day cumulative rate of Covid-19 cases per 100 000 population exceeds 50. Self-isolation must also be observed if the Covid-19 test is negative. Upon arrival from these countries, the passenger is obliged to arrive at the place of residence or other place of stay as soon as possible. Ensure self-isolation in your place of residence (during this time you must not go to work, public places, or any other places where a large number of people are present).

When entering Latvia due to the mentioned essential and urgent reasons, the already established epidemiological safety requirements are still in force, namely, passengers can enter Latvia by air only if they present a negative COVID-19 PCR test, which has been taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the aircraft to Latvia and must self-isolate for 10 days, even the result of the test is negative.
The Airport has set equipment for measuring body temperature in the departures hall before security controls and in the arrivals hall before baggage reclaim.
All persons who intend to enter Latvia must fill in an electronic confirmation form on the Covidpass.lv website. |
Malta |
- Air and sea travel between Malta and specific corridor countries has resumed as of the 1st July 2020, according to the conditions stated below. A travel ban still applies to non-corridor countries.
- An 'amber' list of corridor countries is published from week to week from which arriving passengers must produce a negative PCR COVID-19 swab test result, which test must have been taken no longer than 72 hours prior to arrival in Malta.
- Travelers coming from the "Green List" can enter the country without restrictions (Finland, Denmark, Norway, among others)

- Quarantine on arrival to Malta will not be applicable to those travelling from corridor countries, but suspected persons will be requested to have a swab test.
- Travellers arriving from countries belonging to the "Amber List" who fail to produce a Covid-19 test may be tested upon arrival in Malta and may be subject to quarantine.
- Travellers arriving from corridor countries who fail to produce a Covid-19 test may be tested upon arrival in Malta and may be subject to quarantine.

Poland |
- Since 14 January 2021, air traffic has been resumed.

- Travellers arriving in Poland by plane are required to quarantine for 10 days, counting from the day following the day of entry. Except:People who have been vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 infection and present proof of hospitalisation or isolation in the past 6 months do not have to quarantine;
Travellers with a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result are not subject to compulsory quarantine. The test must be performed within 48 hours prior to entering Poland.

Portugal |
- Air travel to and from Portugal is allowed for: EU Member States and Schengen Associated Countries, as well as Australia, China (including Hong Kong and Macao), South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, Thailand and Uruguay

- Passengers from countries with an incidence rate of 500 cases or more per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days have to undergo a 14-day isolation period after entry in mainland Portugal, either at home or in a place indicated by health authorities. Isolation does not apply to passengers on essential travel

- Passengers coming from countries that have an incidence rate higher than 150 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days must present a negative test to COVID-19 (RT-PCR), carried out within 72 hours before boarding time.
- For essential travel, national and foreign citizens with legal residence in Portugal, as well as diplomatic personnel accredited in Portugal who, exceptionally, do not present the test, will have to take the test on arrival, at the airport, and at their own expense.
